Well a big howdy ya’ll! My name is Lisa. My horse Jake, and side kick for the last 9 years live way out west on a little ranchette. Jake and I are responsible for all the fun and excitement around the ranch with the exception of Miss Julia. She is a sweet little gal, with honey colored hair that loves to run, romp and sometimes stomp around the ranch in her purple Ariat cowgirl boots. She and her pony pal Misty are good at gettin’ into mischief and havin’ fun along with the rest of the barnyard critters.
Jake the horse, will even put his 2 cents in now and then. Yep a bloggin’ horse. Why the heck not! He figures if William S. Hart’s pinto pony “Fritz” could write a Hollywood tell all book called, “ As Told Under the White Oak Tree”, about his days filming with the famous silent movie actor he can do a little bloggin’ too. After all, he does have his side of the story.
So saddle up, grab a long tall cool drink of something good and set back and enjoy the ride. This blog will explore and talk about everything trail, ranch, farm house, vintage, collectible and more. We will be having Rockin’ Reviews on everything from recently found treasures, story books,riding equipment, trails and places to explore.
